描述
Cyligen開發(fā)了一種適用于培養(yǎng)和/或冷凍從小鼠血液富集的人原代腫瘤細胞的新技術(shù)和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品。使用SEM系列減法富集產(chǎn)物濃縮保存在含有特殊抗凝血劑（FCM-001）的試劑中的小鼠血液樣品中的腫瘤細胞。富集的無低滲損傷的腫瘤細胞立即加入以下特殊細胞培養(yǎng)基中用于原代腫瘤細胞培養(yǎng)。人類原發(fā)腫瘤細胞被選擇生長更多，而小鼠造血細胞（如WBC）將在細胞培養(yǎng)過程中逐漸耗盡。培養(yǎng)的原代腫瘤細胞可用于冷凍FCM-001產(chǎn)品中提供的特殊原代細胞冷凍培養(yǎng)基或下游生物學(xué)和遺傳分析。
